Refund Policy

At Villa Euphoriaa, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund:

    • If a booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding any service or transaction fees that may apply.
  • Partial Refund:

    • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Security Deposit Refund

A security deposit will be collected upon check-in and is refundable upon successful check-out, provided there are no damages, violations of villa rules, or missing items. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after departure once the property has been inspected.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Charges: Any payments made for the use of the hot tub/jacuzzi are non-refundable once the service has been booked or utilized.

  • Caretaker Fees: The daily caretaker fee of ₹500 is non-refundable once paid.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: In some cases, we may offer discounted, non-refundable bookings. If your booking is labeled as such, no refunds will be granted regardless of when you cancel.

4. Force Majeure

If your booking needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies), we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay without any additional charges.

5. Modifications to Bookings

  • Date Changes: Guests may request to change their booking dates at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any modifications will be subject to availability, and price differences may apply.

  • Shortened Stays: If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the unused nights will not be refunded.

6. Refund Process

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
  • Any transaction fees or third-party booking platform charges will not be refunded.
