Reservation Process: To make a booking, guests must complete the booking form and provide accurate information, including their name, contact details, and preferred dates. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment: A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payments can be made via accepted methods displayed during the booking process. Any remaining balance must be cleared prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the deposit amount. In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival, refundable upon departure provided no damages or violations of villa rules occur.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Caretaker: A full-time caretaker is available at the villa to assist with your needs. A daily fee of ₹500 is payable directly to the caretaker.
Hot Tub/Jacuzzi: The hot tub or jacuzzi is available for use once per day, subject to availability and a charge of ₹1500 per use. Please inquire in advance for availability.
Vegetarian Food Only: Villa Euphoriaa strictly permits only vegetarian food on the premises. A vegetarian meal package can be requested at the time of booking. Violation of this rule will result in penalties or immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Driver Accommodation: We do not provide accommodation for drivers. Please make separate arrangements for your drivers.
Content Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, Villa Euphoriaa does not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not have control over and are not responsible for the content or services of these sites.

Property Care: Guests are expected to take good care of the villa and its amenities. Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment will result in deductions from the security deposit.
Behavior: We reserve the right to evict any guest causing disturbance to other guests or engaging in inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Villa Euphoriaa is not responsible for failure to meet any obligation if caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Villa Euphoriaa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website or our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
